When connecting to an Xbox One: - New Xbox One (with a 3.5mm interface on controller) can be directly matched with this headset. - Old Version Xbox One (without a 3.5mm interface on controller) will need an extra Adapter (Not Included) to match with this headset. - Adjust the Headset Chat Mixer to 80% by opening the system setting, going to Audio, and adjusting the Headset chat mixer.

When connecting to a PS4: - Set the Double Channels Setting to hear sound from both sides. - Adjust the Mic Level to 80% by clicking on the Settings icon, going to Devices, and selecting Audio Devices.

When connecting to a PC: 1. Use a "Y" Splitter Adapter with 1 pin for Mic port and 1 pin for Audio port. 2. Adjust the Voice settings through the computer Taskbar, Speaker Icon, and Control Panel.
